RETURN POLICY

We offer a 15 day return policy from the date of product delivery.  Shipping must be prepaid by customer.  We will replace damaged or broken products with proof of damage.  Any faulty products will be replaced in accordance with the product issue.  Some issues may not be subject to replacement or return, dependent on the situation.  At liveybl.ca we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service.  Please email us with any concerns and a member of our team will be glad to help you.  Return or replacement will not be considered without proof of damage by sending us an email with pictures to  info@liveybl.ca subject: RETURNS.
